I would like to continue this tradition in our family business, but I cannot achieve this goal alone. I need our employees at home and abroad who feel they are in good hands at Maritim and who are just as motivated as I am to make the stay in a Maritim Hotel a positive experience for our guests.
That is why I support our employees with the best working conditions, training, education and further training in our Maritim Academy, and at seminars for junior staff and I am happy to see trainees become specialists who can develop further in our group at home and abroad and eventually take on management positions.
